Greetings to Amakhosi enthusiasts. We understand your frustrations, but the reality is that good things come to those who wait. We understand Kaizer Chiefs is a giant club with massive goals. The club fans expect immediate success for every manager that steps in. However, the fact of the matter is, if you want something to be perfect you have to be patient. Give your coach Steve Komphela a chance.

Trust in success is vital
Look at Mamelodi Sundowns and their coach Pitso Mosimane. They are like a happily married couple now. You would not tell they had problems when he first got there. You know why? They gave each other a chance to settle in as newlyweds. That is how it should be and that way everyone gains confidence and trust, not just trust but solid trust is erected.
Imagine your first day at work and you are told you are not good enough. That has been the case with Steve. The man has just arrived at the club. From the beginning of his arrival he never received a vote of confidence from many of Amakhosi faithful. Fans have been on his back ever since he took over the reins from their darling Stuart Baxter.
Not all the coaches use same strategies
The truth is, coaches have different ways of doing things and just people in general. Other coaches are good at building immediate success that is not stable enough to last them for a long term. Others prefer looking in the future and taking time to assess every situation before kick starting. Unfortunately Steve happens to be one of those that take time to make an impact and Kaizer Chiefs fans are not about that system.
Steve will turn things around soon
In all fairness though, they should look at his record during his days at Free State Stars that speaks for itself. That way they will understand him. Give the man a chance and he will deliver eventually. When he delivers, you will regret even thinking of sacking him.
