The Liberian and Mamelodi Sundowns attacker has been starting on the bench half of this season’s league competition. On Wednesday he bagged himself two goals again rivals amaTuks to clinch the Absa Premier League title.
A player that has been plagued by injuries in the past seasons looks a rejuvenated player under his new manager Jurgen Klopp. Last night he looked fit and full of running and that’s why he had a hand in two goals for Liverpool in a crucial Europa League Semifinal second leg. His shot deflected off Villarreal’s captain Bruno Soriano to give Liverpool a lead and level on aggregate before scoring another one to put his team on the lead.
4. Gareth Bale
In the absence of Cristiano Ronaldo due to injury problems, the world’s most expensive player has been on superb form. Last weekend he scored an important goal to keep his team’s La Liga hopes. Mid-week he created another goal which was scored by Manchester City’s Fernando and the goal took Real Madrid to their 14th European Cup Final.

Since leaving Orlando Pirates Ndumiso Mabena has been a completely different player. He has more confidence and looks comfortable and at home in the colors of Platinum Stars. He showed his class on Monday when he scored a back heel against his former club Orlando Pirates early this week.
