Coetzee understands the culture

The appointment of Allister Coetzee a couple of months ago was the first step to the right direction. A person who understands SA rugby in and out, he has had success at DHL Stormers and knows the style and players that SA boast.

Giving others a chance is the right way to go

What was expected from him is to revamp this Springbok squad and breath new life to it. He has done exactly that by including nine uncapped players for the upcoming test series with Northern Ireland. Those uncapped players are Ruan Combrinok (wing), Faf de Klerk (scrumhalf), Skhumbuzo Notshe (flank), Nio Groom (scrumhalf), Bongi Mbonambi (hooker) and Scarre Ntubeni (hooker) just to name a few.

Its time to flush away the disappointments

This new blood and its new coach is expected to deliver the goods and wash away the disappointments the country has been facing for the last nine years. The old boys are tired and have ran out of ideas. The country wants to end the All Blacks domination and new blood and dimension is the right way to go.
