Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez is the happy man right now. This comes after a lot of criticism from the pundits when he hired Zinedine Zidane as a full time manager for Real Madrid. Zidane has managed Madrid for 35 games and has only lost one game. The club has gone 24 games unbeaten, winning 22 and drawing 2 in the process.

He has stamped his authority in the camp and selecting players according to form, also he has not been afraid to sub off those that are not performing. The noticeable player in all of this is Cristiano Ronaldo, Zidane has took him off a couple of times this season.

There is that strong hand and respect in the camp, players are working hard for their positions. Last night the hard work played off when they recorded a rare 3-0 victory against bitter rivals Atletico de Madrid at Vincente Calderon.

Real are at the top of the log and they are the only team unbeaten in the division. Zidane is really stamping his mark and this is only the beginning.
